Your agreement with Rankseer for use of the Service

By accessing or using Rankseer (“the Service”) at rankseer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). The Service is operated by SEO Hacker (33A Pagoda Street, Singapore 059192). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
Rankseer is an AI Search Visibility platform that tracks brand Share of Voice (SOV) across AI-powered search engines including ChatGPT, AI search, and AI search. The Service also includes tools for content generation, keyword research, social media planning, and site quality auditing.
You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) maintain the security of your account credentials; (c) promptly update your information if it changes; (d) accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through secure checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee and any additional seat charges.
You agree not to use the Service to:
The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by SEO Hacker and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and display that data to provide the Service to you.
AI-generated content (blog posts, social media captions, images) created using the Service is licensed to you for commercial use. We do not claim ownership of content generated for your account.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
The Service integrates with third-party APIs including AI providers, search platforms, secure checkout, and social media tools. Your use of these integrations is also subject to those services’ terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Unplanned outages will be communicated via our status page.
Agency plan subscribers receive priority support and a best-effort SLA. Enterprise customers may negotiate formal SLAs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankseer and SEO Hacker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated SOV data reflects queries to third-party systems and may not be exhaustive or fully accurate.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rankseer, SEO Hacker, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days then deleted per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Rankseer operates an affiliate program through The referral system. Approved affiliates may earn 15 percent recurring commission when they refer customers to Rankseer. We use The referral system affiliate referral tracking via a 60-day cookie to store a referral ID only; the The referral system cookie stores no PII. You can opt out by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
